General Shipping Information

NOTE: We offer the cheapest & widest variety of shipping options, and work our hardest to minimize your shipping costs.  However, if there are multiple items in a single order we may have to charge for additional shipping charges.

  1. Use Ground shipping and save! See the delivery times in the chart below.
  2. Only one address per order is allowed.
  3. If you are picking up your order at our bakery you can order as many items as you wish in a single order.
  4. We only ship to the continental US.  In the future, we will likely ship to Canada as well.
  5. We only ship to residential and commercial physical addresses (no PO boxes, etc.)
  6. We do everything we can to minimize your shipping/handling cost.  We offer the most shipping options!

TIRAMISU

  1. We ship tiramisu every Tuesday*.  You can place your order as late as midnight Monday and it will make the Tuesday shipment.
  2. Choose the 1 or 2 day shipping options for Tiramisu.  If you are shipping via Ground please see the chart below for transit times.
  3. Choose 1 day shipping if you’re shipping Tiramisu during the Summer or hot months. Tiramisu ships frozen and is perishable.  We have special packaging which keeps the tiramisu frozen for up to 54 hours when shipped in 70F temperatures.  This allows you to choose the 2 day shipping option during the non-Summer months.  However, if you are shipping tiramisu to a destination that is hot or it is the Summer months please choose a 1 day shipping option.
  4. Put your Tiramisu in the freezer as soon as possible after it arrives.
    *Note: Custom Tiramisu orders must be ordered 5 days in advance.

BAKLAVA

  1. We ship Baklava Monday-Thursday (not on Fridays).
  2. Baklava is baked the day we ship it! This maximizes the freshness and your shelf life.  Our baklava has a total “shelf” life of 7 days, so please pick an appropriate shipping method based on your location. We’re located in the Seattle, WA area.
  3. Do not freeze or refrigerate your baked baklava.  Just keep it at room temperature.
