Beyza’s Tiramisu & Baklava was founded in 2006, and has been developed step by step with love, care, and passion for quality and innovation.

After returning to live in Seattle, WA area from Europe I wanted to share and introduce great authentic tiramisu and baklava with people in the USA.  I wanted to provide the highest quality product for a fair price, and offer the convenience of shopping on the internet as well as delivery to any doorstep in the continental U.S (and hopefully Canada in the not-so-distant future :).

Over the years for the tiramisu I experimented with different toppings, liqueurs and sizes.  I realize everyone has a different taste so it only made sense to offer people the ability to choose from a wide selection - currently 15 different toppings.  We also offer the opportunity for completely custom orders where you can choose your liqueur of choice (or no alcohol at all) and any topping of your choice as a custom order ... just contact us.

Our baklava is baked fresh and shipped directly to you.  We brush each and every layer of filo dough with real butter by hand and we use our special light syrup.   All of this creates a great light, sweet, pure, homemade tasting baklava.  You can pick from walnut, pistachio, or almonds and add chocolate, caramel or both as your topping!  In the future we will introduce baklava without nuts for those with nut allergies.

 

I am strongly committed to supporting our community.  My company supports Seattle Children’s Hospital by giving a portion of our profits to them each year.  We support kids by providing bakery tours and educating them on our business goals and philosophies.
